GENIAcorpus3.01

This is a minor update of the GENIA corpus version 3.0. The base set of the corpus is the same as version 3.0, but in this version

• The GPML dtd was changed so that the immediate child of the title element is the sentence element.
• Errors of element boundary are fixed.

The difference between versions 3.0 and 3.01 can be seen as the result of diff GENIAcorpus3.0.xml GENIAcorpus3.01.xml .

This version is not annotated with the POS information. The latest POS-tagged corpus was released as Ver 3.0p.
