- All you have to do is give your name at the check-in counter.
- (There is no reservation number.)
- check-out
- Please pay your bill at check-out.
- We will reimburse your entire travel expense by cash on the second day of the forum.
- how to get to the hotel

- 5 minutes walk from Keisei Ueno Station.
- To get to Keisei Ueno station, please take the rail "Keisei Skyliner" at Narita Airport.
- Tickets to Keisei Skyliner are sold at the airport, and cost approx.2,000yen.
- You may prefer to take a taxi from Ueno Station to the hotel(approx. 600yen).
In that case, it might be help to print out the following image of access map and show it to the taxi driver.
Taxi drivers in Japan don't speak English.
